Why might I get the error "SegueLauncher: 40 - Agent "%1" is not configured correctly"? This may occur if the version of SilkPerformer on the agent machine does not match the version of SilkPerformer on the controller machine. You can check the versions you are using by looking in the agent pool by clicking SETTINGS | SYSTEM. If the versions do match then it may be possible that certain files on the agent machine were not updated correctly during installation. To check this you need to open the following files on the agent machine. Browse to C:\Program Files\Silk\Shared Files\SgLauncher. You will see the file called SgLauncher.xml and there should be an entry for current SilkPerformer version as shown below: perfLtcAgent.exe C:\Program Files\Silk\SilkPerformer x.x Make sure that the version numbers and path are correct, if not amend the XML code and save the file. Next browse to C:\Program Files\Silk\SilkPerformer x.x\ and you should see the file PerfLtcAgent.xml which should contain the following information: If it does not then make the changes again with the text editor and save the file then restart the Silk Launcher Service on the agent machine.
