When accessing the Index tab in the SilkPerformer Help file the following error is displayed : MCI command handling window: Performer.exe - Application error The instruction at "0x0a681eae" referenced memory at "0x09074ef0 could not be read". One solution to this problem is to rename the help file. Go to the Silk Performer directory and do the following : Right Click SilkPerf.hlp and select Copy Right Click in the Performer folder window and select Paste Rename the Copy of SilkPerf.hlp to SilkPerfWeb.hlp Reboot the machine and try to use the index again.
