Raw Data Capture was introduced in Silk Performer 15.0. When the Raw Data Capture CSV files are created, a semi-colon ";" is used as the field delimiter. If your system uses a different character as the field delimiter (e.g. a comma ",") then all of the data will be displayed in the first column. To resolve this you can use either of the methods below: 1. Change the Windows Regional and Language settings - go to "Start | Control Panel | Regional and Language Options" - click "Additional Settings" - for "List Separator", enter a semi-colon and click "Apply" 2. Add an extra line to the CSV file to specify what separator is used - add the folowing line to the top of the CSV file:   sep=; - This will result in Excel using the ";" character as the field delimiter (This first line is considered an instruction and not shown in the Excel sheet.). This issue has been resolved in Silk Performer 15.5.
