It is possible to code a solution for what you describe but it would be a bit complicated and could be difficult to maintain.   If I make the assumption that you want to run cleanup code at the very last minute of the test when all other users have stopped then the best way to do this is put your cleanup code into a new script and then set the workload to start this script x minutes after the rest are scheduled to finish.  Alternatively you could start this script immediately but make it wait using a wait statement for whatever time the rest of the scripts are scheduled to run.   You could also create a separate project containing your cleanup code and schedule it to run at the command line as a windows scheduled task a few hours after your test completes.
