We have found an issue with Remedy recording in versions between 8.1 and 8.8 (may affect other versions) where the sToken value is not getting automatically parsed during record. This is because the document containing a call for sToken gets scripted as WebPageAddURL. You can use the following recording rule to make sure it does not get scripted as a WebPageAddURL function: HttpScriptingRule Name Don't script WebPageAddUrl for udd.js Url /Name Active true /Active Action NoAddUrl /Action Conditions FindData ApplyTo Http.Initial.Request.Url /ApplyTo Data udd.js /Data /FindData /Conditions /HttpScriptingRule This rule should be put into an xrl file and pasted into the projects ‘Documents’ folder. i.e. C:\Users\User123\Documents\Silk Performer 15.5\Projects\RemedyProject\Documents Note that, after you put the xrl file in the Documents folder, you will need to go into the Recording Rules (SETTINGS | SYSTEM | RECORDER | RECORDING RULES) and check the ‘No AddURL’ rule. This rule is also attached to this article as ' (Please visit the site to view this file)'. This has been resolved in SilkPerformer 15.5 With Hotfix 2 (SP155_HF2.zip). 2789029
