Generally the project name can be changed by clicking on the ‘Outline Project’ button in the workflow bar at any point. However, there is known issue specific to Silk Essential projects such as PeopleSoft and Remedy for example, where the project name is grayed out in this dialog meaning it cannot be changed. This has been addressed in Silk Performer 15.5. Incident 2691973
