Hi Johannes, Thank you for your reply. I didn't realize I could use screen shots or else I would have pasted what I am seeing. My apologies for not being as clear in my original message. I will paste screen shots as to the differences I am experiencing: The following image is Silk Performer 9.0: This is Silk Performer 15.5: This is why I'm wondering if this is a licensing issue. Again, I did not perform the installation of Silk Performer 15.5 so I'm wondering if the support team at my company missed a step. I am unable to run a multi-user test because every time I try to setup my workload I receive the following message: The image above is from the workload configuration. I do not experience this is Silk Performer 9.0. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
