When attempting to open a .err file, by double-clicking on the .err file, SilkPerformer displays an error suggesting there is no SOA license available “License check failed! Checkout for SilkPerformerSOA 15.0 (1) failed”. This issue will not occur if opening the file through the FILE | OPEN menu. This is due to an incorrectly set in a registry key in ‘HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Silk Performer Error File\shell\Open\command’. The data for this key is set to: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Silk\Silk Performer 15.5\Performer.exe" "/soa" "%1" Removing the /soa command resolves the issue: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Silk\Silk Performer 15.5\Performer.exe" "%1" This issue is also resolved in SilkPerformer 16.0. 2787021
