Hi wongkc. In the majority of cases, simply using the Silk Performer CA is enough - only very rarely is the real server cert needed, and in those cases you would also need the private key exported as well. If you are using Silk Performer 15.5, there's a new dynamic certificate generation feature which should help either way. Details of this can be found here - community.microfocus.com/.../dynamic-ssl-certificate-generation-on-recording.aspx . Before you try that though, there's an active profile setting you could try changing. Since the POODLE vulnerability was discovered, most servers now refuse any attempt at SSL3 connections. Go to Settings | Active Profile | Internet | Security. Change the SSL version from Automatic to TLS1. If this doesnt help change back to Automatic, apply the dynamic certificate recording rule as above and try recording again. If that doesnt help I'd suggest opening a support incident and we can investigate in more detail.
