 This error happens when the Silk Launcher Service is disabled. To re-enable the Silk Launcher Service, you can do the following: 1) Start the Task Manager. (e.g. Ctrl + Shift + Esc) 2) Select the Services tab. 3) Locate the Silk Launcher Service. 4) Right click on the service and click on Start Service to start up the service. 5) Proceed to perform the recording again.
