There is a known issue in Silk Performer 16.5 that leads to the recording of low level Web functionality, even though the Silk Performer 16.5 project settings specify that Page-Level functions should be recorded. This behaviour occurs when a proxy has been specified within the browser used during the recording session and the application is of a secure nature (HTTPS). Low-Level Web script: Page-Level Web script: The problem will be officially addressed with Hotfix 2 for Silk Performer 16.5 and with the release of Silk Performer 17.0. In the meantime, you can work around this issue by making an exception in relation to the secure application, so that traffic trying to reach the end server does not need to pass through a proxy server - meaning that the proxy can be removed from the browser settings during the recording session.
