Please try disabling certificate revocation checks to first deal with this: Open Windows Internet Explorer's Tools menu and select Internet Options. The Internet Options dialog opens. Click the Advanced tab. Uncheck the Check for server certificate revocation* checkbox. Click OK. Also, in the video we can see it says that the cert is not from a trusted company (CA). You'll need to view the cert and add it to the Trusted Root CA. If those steps do not help, its possible the cert is self-signed by the server and not already trusted or its been added to the Trusted Root CA store of another user. What method did you use to import the certificates into the trust stores - IE or certmgr.msc?
