Hi aditya.naik. It could be a simple resource issue on the Agent. You could try running a 'Try Agents' test ( community.microfocus.com/.../try-agents.aspx ) and see what number of users the problem starts to happen at. If the test runs OK for a few users and then starts to have problems, it sounds like a resource issue - possibly CPU, Memory or even GDI resources.
