Hi Khwezi, Confirm whether the Silk Launcher Service is running within the system's services - services.msc? If the services is listed and not started, please start and try recording again to determine whether the error occurs once again. However if the service is absent, browse to C:\Program Files (x86)\Silk\Shared Files\SgLauncher and confirm whether the sgLauncher.exe is shown. The following steps provides details as to how the service can be installed. From within a command prompt window, enter "C:\Program Files (x86)\Silk\Shared Files\SgLauncher\sgLauncher.exe" -i. With the service installed, start and try recording again. If the service is not listed within the sgLauncher folder, then it would point to a problem during the installation process and the first item I recommend checking would be to ensure that a user account with full administrative permissions for that system is in use during the installation process.
