Hi Swathi. Yes, the WebParseDataBoundEx function should go just before the WebRemedyBackChannelUrl function responsible for the BackChannel - SetEntryList. Provided reqStr is the first instance of reqStr in that page, the left boundary is correct. Please keep in mind though there could be other session candidates in the script which need customized. You'll need to carefully compare the record and replay TrueLogs for differences and see what else needs customized. We've seen other items such as BackChannel - ServerRunProcess need customized and various other form fields and strings in WebRemedyBackChannelPost need customized. Make sure to use the customize session handling wizard in Silk Performer to try and make the customization job easier. It can't catch every session candidate but it might pick some up for you which would otherwise be missed. I hope this helps. Best regards, Ciaran.
