There is a known issue in TMART 4.2 where the following error “Error could not find language Eng” will occur when running a script on an Execution Server, even though language file is in place.  This is due to the fact that the language files for the fuzzy font detection are created in the wrong place during installation of the service pack. Moving them manually to the correct location solves the problem. The missing folder is “tessdata” located at “C:\Program Files (x86)\BMC Software\BMC TM ART Central 4.2\bin\Core”, which is not being copied correctly during installation.   To resolve this error copy this folder, from the above location, and paste it into “C:\Program Files (x86)\BMC Software\BMC TM ART Central 4.2\bin\Core\Working”, on the Execution Server, and re-deploy the monitor.    Installing Workbench on the Execution Server will also resolve the issue.
