SilkPerformer 7.2 and below does not directly support monitoring WebSphere Application Server version 6, however by specifying "version=5" you can direct the server to return the data in version 5 format. When attempting to monitor WebSphere 6 using Performance Explorer's WebSphere 5 support you may see the following error message: " Please verify that WebSphere performance servlet is running " This can be resolved by changing the Data Source Wizard's Connection Parameter: /wasPerfTool/servlet/perfservlet to /wasPerfTool/servlet/perfservlet?version=5 To ensure that your server supports this call the URL directly in IE: http://HOST:PORT/wasPerfTool/servlet/perfservlet?version=5
