If the controller-agent connection fails, agent files will reside on the agent in the local results directory, which is a subdirectory of the working folder. Depending on when the connection is lost you may find either user-only or merged agent files. If you want these results included in the intermediate file of your load test controller you must manually merge the files together. Copy them to the directory where the intermediate file is stored and call the custom merge wizard. Select the directory where all the files are stored and select all the files that should be merged. A new merged file containing all the data will be generated. If the agents seem to hang due to a connection loss, with the "sending result files" state showing in the monitor window, then you can safely abort the loadtest and merge the tsd files manually, as described above. No results will be lost because the "sending results status can only be reached at the end of a simulation.
