The reason for this error is that you are viewing an incorrect file type. The file you are trying to view in the TrueLog Explorer has a file extension .XML and the TrueLog Explorer is trying to display it as such. However, if you check the contents of this file you will find that it is not a valid XML file e.g. it does not contain any XML tags. To confirm that the file is not of XML type please open up the generated XLG file in the TrueLog Explorer - The rendered tab will show something similar to : The XML page cannot be displayed Cannot view XML input using XSL style sheet. Please correct the error and then click the Refresh button, or try again later. Now please click on the Source tab - this will confirm the content type of the file: An XML file will being with the following tags
