The most common reason for this error is trying to run a Tryscript using the Developer Workbench license without essential protocol licenses [Web, ODBC, COM, etc] also installed. Refer to the Silk Performer release notes for further information on Silk Performer Licensing To resolve this error please add the relevant protocol license, or point Developer Workbench to the main license server where the protocol licenses are already added. For example the protocol license key required to run Web (Internet / HTTP) tests will be similar to below: license ( segue, 123456) { product = SilkPerformerWeb; version = 6.6; key = 12345678910abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz; timeframe = (10/31/2004 to 12/04/2006); allow_older_versions = true; allow_standalone = true; } See also resolution: What is SilkPerformer Developer Workbench?
