The web server Netscape-Enterprise/3.6 may send the following combination of HTTP-headers: HTTP/1.0 302 Moved Temporarily Server: Netscape-Enterprise/3.6 SP3 Content-Length: 10 Location: http://www.blah.com/redirecturl.htm Proxy-Connection: keep-alive In fact no content may be sent and the Content-Length is incorrect. In this case there is simply a redirect. Nevertehless, SilkPerformer"s replay engine correctly expects 10 bytes of response body data to arrive, and will wait until a timeout occurs, or the server closes the coneection, because this data will not be sent by the server. This leads to the replay error message "WebEngine 13: - The connection closed gentle but earlier than expected" This is a defect in Netscape Enterprise server. To workaround this issue first verify that the server has sent a header "Content-Length: 10" without any body. Once verified you can set the error to custom severity as follows: Choose Settings | Active Profile | Replay | Errors | Add Select the Module SilkPerformer - WebEngine Select the error 13 The connection closed gentle, but earlier than expected. Set the Custom severity to Warning or less. The custom severity may also be set in the script using the ErrorAdd() function. See online help for details. Thereafter the circumatances will not generate an error message in replay. NOTE: The severity of this Error is Warning in SilkPerformer 5.x.
