When accessing a Tree Node in the TrueLog Explorer the above error message has been known to occur if you have the McAfee Anti-Virus software installed on the same machine as SilkPerformer and if it has been configured to perform an "On-Access Scan" on all disks. Internal investigation by Borland development has found that the DLL - mcscan32.dll (C:\Program Files\Common Files\Network Associates\Engine\mcscan32.dll) may crash when calling the function VS_ReadVirusList which in turn can subsequently cause the TrueLog explorer to crash. To prevent the error and subsequent crash from occurring is it recommended that if possible you disable the "On-Access Scan" for the directories SilkPerformer is writing to: (e.g. "C:\Program Files\Borland\SilkPerformer 2006 R2\Working\Projects\") If your current version of McAfee does not allow disabling the scan for certain directories then it is recommend that you upgrade to a version of McAfee which allows this or you consider disabling the "On-Access Scan" when accessing the SilkPerformer TrueLog Explorer.
