Wiki Page: Why does the "All Day" Workload start immediately when using a "Absolute" or "Relative" future start time?

This behavior is as designed. The All-Day workload allows you to change the number of users and duration dynamically during the already started test run. As such, the test appears to start, so the user status is correct to allow for changes after the test has been scheduled. If you wish to exclude this time from the results file you can remerge your TSD file to include only the portion of the test where active users are executing. You can do this using the remerge wizard under WIZARD | REMERGE WIZARD. You can find further details on this wizard in the Performance Explorer User Guide which can be located under: START | PROGRAMS | SILK | SILKPERFORMER XX | DOCUMENTATION.
