Are you seeing this issue while recording with Silk Performer? It seems like a browser driven project type error, and usually it means there is a resource requested by the page which doesn't exist. IE masks this but SP shows it. You can verify that by looking in IE developer tools where hidden errors are displayed. Ultimately this error is coming into Performer from the browser control which is IE under the hood - so the error comes from IE.
