Hi there. I would recommend speaking with your Micro Focus sales contact. They can organise access to the supportline website for you and we can deal with the problem in detail. The error code though seems quite specific. Check the Out-header of TrueLog Explorer to see exactly what is getting sent to the server. The WebFormPostEx is a low level function. We generally recommend to use Page-level recording unless there's a specific reason not to. Check your Active Profile | Web | Recording | Browser emulation level to see what's being used.
