This error is reported in Silk Performer because the user account which has been specified within the Silk Performer | Settings | Agent | Advanced option, meets one of the following criteria:
1. The account details are incorrect or in the wrong format
2. Local user account has not been set up locally on the machine
3. The domain account does not has specified rights to the specific agent system.
Background:
Silk Performer agent processes can be run without administrative privileges. There are exceptions to this however (for example, if an executed script contains an action that requires administrative privileges). In some situations it may be useful or even necessary to launch an agent process under a particular administrator user account. By default however, agent processes are launched under the built-in local system account.
