If you have verified that an alert returned by the PeopleSoft application server is not important, and you want to ignore the message in Silk Performer, you need to do the following: Open the "alertseverities.csv file" which is located in the Data Files pane in Silk Performer and is also stored in the current PeopleSoft project directory. Go to the last row of the CSV file and add the string parameter of the alert function to the CSV file before assigning a success or informational severity. Save the CSV file and close. Now when you replay the script you should no longer see a runtime message such as: WebPageLinkPS(RT: 14 - Custom Message, no support 1) For more information on why this type of error may be occurring please read the following resolution: When replaying against PeopleSoft application server why do I see errors such as (RT: 14 - Custom Message, "Error name here")?
