On occasions during replay in a Citrix environment you may encounter occasions on which it appears that double click actions are not performed. The most common cause of this is that double clicks are not delivered to the Citrix server fast enough and instead of simulating a double click the replay engine simulates 2 separate clicks. To workaround this problem you will need to decrease the mouse timings by going to: "SETTINGS | ACTIVE PROFILE | REPLAY | CITRIX | SIMULATION" and decreasing the value "Length of time between the clicks of a double click"; for example from 100 to 50 or 25 ms. Please note that it is also advisable that you speak to the Citrix Administrator and ask them to decrease the mouse double-click speed on the Citrix server (windows setting). Old KB# 17389
