It is unknown why this error occurs but it does not happen in earlier versions of the Citrix client or the later 12.0 client. Customers experiencing this issue with the 11.2 client are advised to upgrade to Citrix client 12.0. Note: Killing the following 3 citrix processes will allow the test to execute but this has to be done manually every time a user logs into the machine - Concentr.exe, Pnamain.exe, wfcrun32.exe. The problem seems to be related to how the logged on user starts the processes but we could not find the exact cause since it only happens on some machines.
