Wiki Page: Getting an ‘Agent Locked’ message when manually assigning agents

Silk Performer 2010 SP1 may report the message "Assignment of load to agents has failed because at least one of the agents is locked, unavailable, or has insufficient capabilities." if agents are configured using IP Addresses in the Agent Pool. As this issue only occurs when the agent's IP Addresses are used instead of a Host Name in the Agent Pool configuration specifying the Host Name can be used as a workaround.  This will be addressed in a future version of Silk Performer Incident #2467455 Old KB# 32295
