This problem occurs sporadically when the "animated" option is enabled when running a TryScript with Silk Performer Diagnostics (dynaTrace) enabled. To work around this issue you should disable the "animated" option before running a TryScript and then open the TrueLog after the TryScript has completed. Incident #2523213 Old KB# 35024
