There is a defect that affects Silk Performer 2009 R2 where the class files from the project directory are not copied to remote agent as they should be. The workaround to this issue is to add the class files to the data files section of the project using the project treeview as shown below (right-click "Data Files" and select "Add Data File"). This issue has been fixed in Silk Performer 2010, however it is recommended that you upgrade to the latest release of Silk Performer.
