Previously using the LoadTest_1 naming convention it could be difficult to tell which workload the test was for, or when the test had ran, without opening the results. With the new convention the folder will take on the name of the Workload itself, and will have a timestamp at the end. This means that when the Workloads have been given meaningful names it is easy to determine quickly which Workload a test ran with, and also to identify when the test ran. This is an example of the new default naming convention in Silk Performer 15.0: If the timestamp at the end is not required it can be disabled using the ‘Add timestamp to folder name’ option like below: If this naming convention does not suit the current requirements, the ‘Automatically generate unique subfolder’ option can be unchecked so any name can be entered:
