This can occur in certain circumstances when the request url does not contain the standard port for that protocol. For example the request to URL HTTPS://lab123.demo.com:80 contains port 80 which is not the standard port for HTTPS, the standard is 443. Due to a known issue in TrueLog Explorer the port 80 was not accepted for the HTTPS request and reset to the default port of HTTPS, port 443. A result of this is that the TrueLog cannot produce the requested document and reports a "document not found" message. This issue was fixed in SilkPerformer 6.5.1.
