If you get the error "Unable to locate the requested MetaFrame server name. The server may be unavailable or you may have entered the server name incorrectly" when trying to record against a Citrix MetaFrame server, ensure that the Application field is left blank. If you are trying to access a shared desktop and this field contains "MSWord" for example you will not be able to connect and the above error will be displayed
