There is no way to do this via the active profile as you can only select one file at a time, therefore you should instead add the .jar and .zip files via the Data Files option in the Project Tree list as shown below. Just right-click and choose Add Data File then browse to the directory that contains your files and you should be able to select all files within this directory at once. To do this hold Ctrl and click each file you wish to add. Each file will now be added to the Java active profile classpath setting. For each .jar/.zip file you will be asked if you want to add it to the classpath as well therefore just confirm all dialogs. You can now remove all .jar/.zip files from the Data Files tree by right clicking on "Data Files" and choosing Remove all Data Files.
