The Customize User Group wizard, accessed via Script | Customize User Group | right-click on user group or transaction name | Insert transaction, is a way to allow you to make a user group run an existing transaction multiple times. If you have already defined two transactions called A and B, you can add a new A or new or B transactions. Therefore if you copy transaction A then this user group will call another transaction A. For example: user V transactions A: 1; B: 1; Now a copy of A will do the following: user V transactions A : 1; A : 1; B : 1; this user group will run transaction A twice. If you rename A to C you will get: user V transactions C : 1; C : 1; B : 1; this user group will run transaction C twice. If you copy that user group you will get: user V transactions C : 1; C : 1; B : 1; user CopyOfV transactions C : 1; C : 1; B : 1; both user groups will run transaction C twice. Note: you cannot use the wizard to add a completely new transaction. e.g. it is not possible to copy transaction A and then rename the copy only to transaction D while maintaining the original transaction A. Both will be renamed to D. Old KB# 18548
